The Carolina Hurricanes announced today that they have signed defenseman Scott Morrow to an entry level contract. Morrow was drafted in the second round, 40th overall in the 2021 NHL Draft.
The blueliner had an outstanding collegiate career and could have been a free agent if he waited until August to sign. It certainly indicates that he wants to be in Carolina.
