Hurricanes host the Philadelphia Flyers to close out homestand

Carolina will close out their homestand tonight as they start another back-to-back against the two Pennsylvania teams. Tonight, it’s the Philadelphia Flyers that will be the new boys at PNC Arena. Carolina is 11-0-1 in their last 12 in Raleigh, and they look to extend their home point streak to 13 against a team that has struggled immensely this season as the Flyers and Hurricanes complete the season series.

Philadelphia got the better of the Canes at PNC Arena back on November 13th, but that was a long time ago. Carolina won both games at the Wells Fargo Center in the city of brotherly love and is looking to make it three out of four against the team that is currently sitting at the bottom of the NHL’s Metropolitan Division.
