Hurricanes, FOX Sports Carolinas Announce 2015-16 Television Schedule

RALEIGH, NC – FOX Sports Carolinas and the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes today announced that 81 of the team’s 82 regular-season games during the 2015-16 season will be televised by the regional sports network. Of the 81 televised games, 70 will be carried on FOX Sports Carolinas, while 11 will be carried on FOX Sports Carolinas’ sister network, FOX Sports Southeast (formerly SportSouth). In addition to the 81 games televised regionally by FOX Sports Carolinas and FOX Sports Southeast, Carolina’s game against Chicago on Jan. 26 will be televised nationally.

John Forslund will handle the Hurricanes’ play-by-play duties for the 21st consecutive season, and former professional goaltender Tripp Tracy, who is entering his 17th season in the broadcast booth, will provide analysis.
