RALEIGH, NC – Brian Tatum, Assistant General Manager for the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced the team’s 2016 exhibition schedule. Carolina will play seven exhibition games prior to opening the 2016-17 regular season, including two games at PNC Arena. Ticket onsale information will be announced in the near future.
The Hurricanes will kick off their 2016 preseason schedule with a back-to-back set at Washington on Sept. 26, and at Tampa Bay on Sept. 27. Carolina will host the Lightning at PNC Arena on Sept. 30, before departing on a three-game road trip that begins in Minnesota against the Wild on Oct.
