For yet another season, the Carolina Hurricanes are entering preseason with their leadership core in flux. This time it comes off the heels of veteran and captain Justin Williams taking a step back from the league and the NHL. Now wither or not Williams leaves his state of semi-retirement this year or even comes back at all is still up in the air, which means we need to set new leaders.
