The Carolina Hurricanes announced today that interim General Manager, Eric Tulsky, will be their “permanent” GM moving forward. (I don’t like using the word permanent in this situation so I put it in quotation marks.)
The team will hold a press conference tomorrow morning.
Tulsky held the interim role after Don Waddell resigned and left for Columbus.
