The Anaheim Ducks are going through a rough stretch right now in the Pacific Division. The last thing they need is to lose their leading scorer to injury. Corey Perry leads the Ducks in scoring with 22 points.
He went down with a bad looking injury in the first period on an accidental collision with Jeff Skinner of the Carolina Hurricanes. The game was tied at one at that point, with goals from Justin Williams for the Canes and Derek Grant of the Ducks. Perry did not register a point before going down with the lower body injury.
