Carolina Hurricanes (18-6-1) vs. Nashville Predators (11-14-1)
The Hurricanes will look to extend their win streak to a season-high seven games against the Nashville Predators tonight, but they’ll be a bit shorthanded in doing so.
Teuvo Teravainen and Jake Gardiner remain out, and Vincent Trocheck will also miss tonight’s game. Rod Brind’Amour said Trocheck definitely wouldn’t play tonight, calling it “a big blow” and said he could be reevaluated in the next couple days.
With their leading scorer out tonight, the Canes will have to shuffle their lineup a bit, with Morgan Geekie drawing in.
