Carolina Hurricanes Player Profile: Elias Lindholm

Elias Lindholm made the Carolina Hurricanes out of training camp as an 18-year-old and appeared in 58 games in his first NHL season. Hampered by a shoulder injury early in the year and then briefly demoted to AHL affiliate Charlotte for six games in November.

He also skated for Sweden at the 2014 World Juniors. Lindholm played both wing and center for the Carolina Hurricanes, averaging 14:31 minutes of ice time. He scored 9 goals with 12 assists while finishing minus-14 with 4 penalty minutes.
