The Carolina Hurricanes game with the Minnesota Wild got off to a fast start, with two goals scored in the first 12 minutes of the game. The Wild got on the board with a goal from Jason Zucker to take the early lead. However, the Canes evened things up with a goal at the front of the net from Joakim Nordstrom.
