The Florida Panthers, much like the Carolina Hurricanes, have seemingly nearly completed a rebuild over the course of the past two years or so. Adding Anton Stralman and Sergei Bobrovsky in the offseason looks to be the final rungs on the ‘rebuilding ladder’ for the perpetually ailing franchise.
