The Carolina Hurricanes announced that the 17th annual Caniac Carnival will be held on Sunday September 25th, 2016 at PNC Arena, from 10:00AM until 3:00PM. For some fans it’s a chance to meet their idols, and they can watch the future prospects of the team; for others it’s a chance to have fun. The Carolina Hurricanes put on an amazing and entertaining carnival for their fans. I was only able to attend last seasons Caniac Carnival, so I can only tell you what happened last year.
