The Carolina Hurricanes had another rough night on the road as they dropped a 4-0 decision to the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night.
The Canes fell behind 2-0 in the first period again, but this time could not get anything going in the offensive end to muster any type of comeback.
Carolina had just five shots on goal in the first period and six in the second. They had a total of 20 for the contest, but just 11 until the last seven minutes of the game.
The Habs had 18 shots on goal for the game.
