The Flames have reportedly made two more roster moves today as the trim down to 22-23 players reaches it’s final stages. Tyler Wotherspoon and Linden Vey are the two players that Chris Johnston of Sportsnet is saying were put on waivers:
Wotherspoon could clear waivers and end up back in Stockton if no one claims him. Wotherspoon is signed through this season on a two way deal that pays him $625,000 at the NHL level and $125,000 if he’s in the AHL. He played in 11 games for the Flames last season and registered one assist in his time with the big club.
