As the Calgary Flames continue to deal with an influx of players entering COVID-19 protocol, their farm team is beginning to deal with a similar problem.
Wednesday’s Stockton Heat game against the San Diego Gulls has been cancelled due to COVID-19 protocols affecting Stockton, the club announced seven hours prior to puck-drop on Dec. 22.

At this point in time, it is unclear whether any Stockton Heat players have tested positive for COVID-19 or which players (if any) have entered protocol.
