CALGARY — Tanner Glass brings over 500 National Hockey League games to the table, along with another 67 post-season clashes including two conference and Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals.
But whether it’s enough to land him a gig with the Calgary Flames, time will tell.
“I have experience, for sure,” said the 33-year-old on Tuesday at Winsport’s facilities where a large chunk of players have been casually practising for weeks. “I can skate. I have that physical edge. I’m a good teammate. Leadership.”
The six-foot-one, 213 pound left winger has scored 24 goals and 45 assists along with 639 penalty minutes in 511 games, but only 11 of those contests were in the 2016-17 campaign with the New York Rangers.
