Vancouver Canucks defenceman Tyler Myers made an early exit from Saturday’s game against the Calgary Flames after delivering a high, hard check from behind on opposing forward Trevor Lewis.
Myers appeared to take offence after taking Lewis’ glove to his face during a race for the puck in Vancouver’s corner. He subsequently braced for impact and threw his shoulder at Lewis’ head.
