The Adirondack Thunder went 2-1 since our last update, splitting two games with the Reading Royals and beating the Norfolk Admirals once.
Let’s start on Friday when the Thunder visited the Reading Royals who opened up the scoring at 6:37 of the 1st period. Calgary Flames prospect Brett Pollock tied the game 1-1 midway through the 1st frame, with assists from Kevin Lough and Roman Dyukov. Periods 2 and 3 would be scoreless, taking us into overtime knotted 1-1. Just 1:13 into overtime, the Royals put the game away to take the 2-1 victory.
