Thunder Thursday: Adirondack Busy Signing Players

The Adirondack Thunder, East Coast Hockey League affiliate of the Calgary Flames, have been busy over the last couple months getting players signed and preparing for their second season after having a great inaugural season and playoffs.

In their first season, the Thunder finished with a record of 38 wins, 28 losses, 2 overtime losses and 4 shootout losses to finish in 2nd place in the East Division of the Eastern Conference with 82 points. The Thunder beat the 1st place Manchester Monarchs in the 1st round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs four games to one. In the 2nd round, the Thunder fell to the South Carolina Stingrays in a thrilling series that went to seven games.
