It’s been a busy week in the world of the Calgary Flames, but we just wanted to take note of two announcements by their American Hockey League club, the Calgary Wranglers. The Wranglers officially announced the signing of three players, as well as two coaches.
The club announced one-year, two-way deals for forwards Lucas Feuk, Matt Marcinew and Calder Brooks that allow them to play with the AHL’s Wranglers or the ECHL’s Rapid City Rush.
Feuk, 21, was a fourth-round selection of the Flames in 2019. A Swedish product, he’s bounced around Swedish hockey over the past three seasons, playing in the second and third tiers.
