The Adirondack Thunder got slightly better results over the last week than the previous week. The Thunder won two and lost one game. Before we get to the game summaries, the Thunder reported some huge news on Tuesday. The Adirondack Civic Center Coalition has agreed to purchase the Thunder from the Calgary Flames, allowing them to “control our own destiny”, said Daniel J. Burke, who is the President of the Coalition. So, no telling what that means to us as Calgary Flames fans, but for right now, let’s focus on the team winning and chasing the Kelly Cup.
Friday night the Thunder hosted the Reading Royals and Dennis Kravchenko got things rolling scoring his 12th goal of the season, unassisted, near the end of the 1st period.
