While the players have come together as one unit both on and off the ice, that changed when they went to a restaurant in Quebec City on Friday to watch Canada play an exhibition game against the United States.
“It was actually pretty funny,” said defenceman Morgan Rielly, who is from Vancouver. “It was a pretty clean divide between Canadians and Americans. I don’t know if we were cheering for a team, but we were cheering against the other team.
