It could be the final chance to impress for several bubble players in training camp as the Calgary Flames head south to California to visit the San Jose Sharks. It’ll be a lean Flames group facing a fairly veteran Sharks group.

- Goalies: Cam Talbot and Artyom Zagidulin
- Defensemen: Andrew MacDonald, Rasmus Andersson, Oliver Kylington, Andrew Nielsen, Rinat Valiev and Michael Stone
- Forwards: Mark Jankowski, Andrew Mangiapane, Dillon Dube, Alan Quine, Byron Froese, Justin Kirkland, Matthew Phillips, Luke Philp, Buddy Robinson, Tobias Rieder, Zac Rinaldo and Devante Smith-Pelly
Talbot will start, but depending on how the game goes the Flames would like to get another look at Zagidulin.
