The Calgary Flames weren't particularly good on Wednesday against Tampa Bay. It's no secret. But after coming into a game against an opponent on a losing skid and looking bad, the thought process was that the Flames would up the ante against a very good Columbus Blue Jackets club.
Unfortunately, that didn't really happen, as the Flames looked very much the same as they did on Wednesday en route to a 4-1 loss at the Saddledome on Friday evening.
