MONTREAL -- NHL star P.K. Subban is looking back after nearly one year since making a $10-million pledge to the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation.
Subban's foundation says it has contributed $1.4 million to a fund dubbed P.K.'s Helping Hand, which assists families facing financial hardship because of their child's illness.
The Nashville Predators defenceman is in Montreal today and says projects currently funded by the foundation have helped 9,000 families.
