One year later, Dave Cameron has made Ottawa Senators a better team

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. - There is one move Dave Cameron has yet to make since taking over the Senators' head coaching duties a year ago.

All it would require is packing up a few things and heading down the hall, but he won't be doing it.

As the 58-year-old Cameron prepares to celebrate his one-year anniversary behind the Senators' bench Tuesday night against the Florida Panthers, he has yet to move into the office at the Canadian Tire Centre occupied by Paul MacLean until he was fired on Dec. 8, 2014.

Instead of transferring his desk from where he sat as an assistant on MacLean's staff, Cameron has remained in the place he shares with the other coaches.
