Kylington extends point streak to six games with assist against Rangers

Calgary Flames defenceman Oliver Kylington has scored at least one point in each of his last six games.

He extended his point streak in the second period of his team’s game against the New York Rangers on Saturday with the primary assist on Brad Richardson’s goal.

After taking a pass from Trevor Lewis at the point, Kylington fired a shot toward Rangers goaltender Igor Shesterkin that missed the net and caromed off the back boards.

Richardson picked up the puck directly off the bounce and quickly deposited it past Shesterkin for his first goal as a Flame.
