A parade to the penalty box cost the Calgary Hitmen against the Kelowna Rockets on Saturday.
Calgary actually took a 2-1 lead at 11:29 of the second period thanks to a goal by Jakob Stukel during a man advantage for the Hitmen.
The Rockets then reeled off three straight power-play goals by Jake Kryski, Kyle Topping and Riley Stadel on their way to a 6-2 victory.
Kryski and Topping finished with two goals each for the Rockets (21-12-2), Nick Merkley had a goal and an assist, while Kole Lind chipped in with three helpers.
One night after making 34 saves to backstop the Rockets to a 3-0 road win over the Red Deer Rebels, Kelowna goalie and Calgary product Brodan Salmond stopped 17 shots fired his way by the Hitmen to improve his record to 6-4-1.
