PITTSBURGH — Pascal Dupuis can’t return to the ice with his Penguins teammates but he’s doing everything he can to make his presence felt.
Placed on the long-term injury reserve list in December because health concerns over blood clots wouldn’t allow him to suit up any longer, the 36-year-old Dupuis is willing to assist any way he can this spring if it’s going to help the Penguins bring home their first Stanley Cup since 2009.
“I’ve been through this a couple of times as a player,” said Dupuis, who went to the final with the Penguins in 2008 and when they won in 2009.
