The Inferno announced in a press release Wednesday that Scott Reid will remain on as permanent head coach for at least the 2015-16 season.
Reid, who took over for Kevin Haller in February, coached the Inferno to the Clarkson Cup playoffs, where they lost to eventual runners-up Montreal. The Inferno amassed a 3-1-1 record with him behind the bench as head coach (he had served in an assistant role prior to Haller's departure).
Joining him as assistant coach is Gina Kingsbury, a two-time Olympic gold medalist with Team Canada (2006 in Torino, 2010 in Vancouver).
