Tuesday’s game against the Seattle Kraken was one to remember for the Calgary Flames.
Johnny Gaudreau became the first Flames player to reach the 100-point plateau since 1993. Dan Vladar relieved Jacob Markstrom in the third period and shut the door as the Flames came back from a 3–1 deficit to win 5–3. Noah Hanifin became the second Flames defenceman to reach 40 points this season.
Matthew Tkachuk joined in on the fun with a couple of memorable moments of his own. First, the 24-year-old forward surpassed the 90-point plateau for the first time in his career by scoring the Flames’ first goal of the game.
