That was a tough one for Calgary as they fell to the Predators 3-2 in overtime. Calgary was by far the best team on the night, but Nashville got the right bounces, a missed call when needed and walked away with two points.
Not to be lost in this overtime debacle was Oliver Kylington’s first marker of the season. Calgary was down 2-1 and needed something to get them back even. They were outshooting, outplaying, out everything’ing the Predators except between the pipes. Juuse Saros was an absolute brick wall on the night and it looked like Calgary was going to play the perfect game, but lose because of a hot goalie.
