SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Ryan Graham scored twice for the Swift Current Broncos in a 5-1 victory against the Calgary Hitmen on Friday.
Graham scored two goals in the back half of the second period to put the game out of reach for the Hitmen, who have lost four straight.
Matteo Gennaro scored the Hitmen’s only goal of the game to open the scoring, 7:19 into the first period.
Artyom Minulin and Kaden Elder responded for the Broncos before the end of the frame to give the home side a 2-1 lead.
Tyler Steenbergen scored at 7:43 of the second period to give Swift Current a 3-1 lead, before Graham netted his pair to give him eight goals on the season.
