After Tyler Parsons won his return last week, making 31 saves in a win over the Iowa Wild, he started both games this week.
Parsons was fantastic on Saturday, stopping 39 saves in a 3-2 come from behind win against the Tucson Roadrunners. The Heat found themselves down 2-0 just 26:31 into the game. That’s when Matthew Phillips came alive.
Phillips scored before the end of the period, bringing Stockton within one. He added another just 8 seconds into the third, before he and Curtis Lazar set up Buddy Robinson just over 2 minutes later, which was the eventual game winner.
