Finally.
Now that the NHL’s regular season is finally upon us, the Calgary Flames can begin their quest.
Sure, their goal is to win the Stanley Cup, but that’s a lofty feat for all teams, and only one club will achieve it. Their plan en route will including making the playoffs.
Between now and the regular-season finale April 9 in Minnesota, though, the Flames will also be looking to once again disprove the naysayers and build on their 2014-15 campaign.
Essentially prove their out-of-the-blue trip to the second round of playoff tournament amidst the unsustainable success that railed against the analytical theories was no fluke.
