In advance of tonight's game with the Winnipeg Jets (and other roster moves expected afterwards), the Calgary Flames have reduced their training camp roster by eight bodies.
None are particularly shocking cuts.
Headed to the American Hockey League's Stockton Heat are defensemen Rasmus Andersson and Roman Dyukov, and forwards Hunter Smith, Andrew Mangiapane, Ryan Lomberg and Austin Carroll. Headed back to the Ontario Hockey League's London Knights is goalie Tyler Parsons. Headed elsewhere is forward Luke Adam, who has been released from his professional try-out agreement.
The moves leave the Flames with 41 bodies in camp: 4 goalies, 15 defensemen and 22 forwards.
