So I’m going to be honest and admit I got really hyped about Spencer Foo after his late-season stint with the Flames. I thought he showed a lot of promise and really started to drive play once he got significant opportunities in the lineup.
Prior to the Flames making their Carolina deal and signing James Neal, I actually thought Foo could have a shot at a top nine role, maybe even top six.
