According to the team’s official Twitter account, the Flames have inked forward Anthony Peluso to a one-year contract. Peluso, who turned 29 years old in April, will be on a two-way deal with a $650k cap hit in the NHL.

Peluso was originally drafted by the St. Louis Blues in the sixth round of the 2007 NHL draft. He never played a game with the Blues and was claimed off of waivers by the Winnipeg Jets in 2013.
