The Calgary Flames off-season thus far has been full of breaking news and surprising rumours, and while the only major move we’ve seen thus far has been the trade of Tyler Toffoli, there’s a feeling around the league that there’s more coming for Calgary. Kyle Dubas plans to utilize the Penguins’ projected salary-cap space, but not necessarily by only spending on players that hit the open market Saturday.
