With Dillon Dube heading to the injured reserve, the Calgary Flames were without a healthy extra forward. To fill that void, they have recalled winger Anthony Peluso from the American Hockey League’s Stockton Heat.

Peluso, 29, has been the Flames’ utility man this season. He cleared waivers on Oct. 6 but remained on the roster until Oct. 25. In the interim the Flames brought up Rasmus Andersson to fill Travis Hamonic’s gig on the blueline.
