Friends, Toronto Maple Leafs forward Auston Matthews won the Hart Memorial Trophy at the NHL Awards on Tuesday night. But Calgary Flames sniper Johnny Gaudreau placed well, finishing fourth in the balloting by the Professional Hockey Writers Association.

It’s the second time in Gaudreau’s career that he’s finished fourth in Hart voting.
