Last winter, Joe Colborne became more accustomed to, ‘He shoots, he’s sore.’
The Calgary Flames forward suffered a wrist injury midway through the 2014-15 campaign, toughing it out for several months — including two playoff rounds — before having post-season surgery.
“It sucked shooting the puck for the second half of the year, that was for certain,” Colborne said.
“So now to know that it’s back and it’s in one piece and it’s only going to continue to get better is something that I’m excited about.
