Not a lot of players have worn the #35 in Flames history and those that did weren’t there long or very good. The diamond in the rough of that group is former backup goalie Jeff Resse, who played with the Calgary Flames from 1991-94.
Jeff Reese was already an established goaltender, having been the backup in Toronto for five and a half seasons before the Flames acquired him in the blockbuster, 10 player trade that send Doug Gilmour to Toronto (along with Jamie Macoun and Ric Nattress).
