Couture doesn't retract post-game comments aimed at Crosby [Video]

SAN JOSE — When Logan Couture wakes up in the morning and stares in the mirror, the face that looks back at him is, in his mind, a cheater.

Just like Sidney Crosby. Just like Joe Thornton. Just like Anze Kopitar and Jeff Carter.

It’s not every day that you hear a prominent player in a Stanley Cup final call himself a cheater. But that’s exactly what Couture did on Friday after the San Jose Sharks had completed practice in preparation for Game 3, set for Saturday at the SAP Center.

Couture sparked a minor controversy after the Penguins' 2-1 overtime victory in Game 2 on Wednesday at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh when he said that, when it came to taking draws, Crosby “cheats and gets away with it because he’s Sidney Crosby.
