Vancouver Canucks defenceman Dan Hamhuis and forward Brandon Prust will not travel on the upcoming two-game road trip, the team announced Wednesday.
The Canucks play at the Dallas Stars on Thursday and Arizona Coyotes on Friday.
Hamhuis did not play Tuesday night against the Montreal Canadiens because of a lower-body injury. He will remain in Vancouver where he will continue to be evaluated. In eight games this season, Hamhuis has two assists, eight blocked shots and averages 19:14 of ice time.
Prust has a left ankle injury he sustained in a collision with Canadians forward Brian Flynn during the second period Tuesday.
