Jake Bean wins it in the shootout.
The Calgary Hitmen won the Teddy Bear Toss game 2-1 over visiting Swift Current Broncos on Sunday at the Saddledome.
The annual Teddy Bear Toss game brought down from the rafters a new world record of 28,815 stuffed animals after Jordy Stallard scored for the Hitmen in the second period.
The bears from fans go to sick and needy kids.
The Hitmen were also playing in front of their first-ever sellout crowd of 19,289 fans. The only bigger crowd was the outdoor game a few years back.
Bean got the deciding tally in a shootout for the hosts.
