1. The Train Ride (January 24)
It was unquestionably the turning point during the 2016-17 season. After three straight four goal losses and losing six of seven overall, things were looking bleak for the Flames. They boarded a train for Ottawa following a 5-1 loss to Montreal in a rather sour mood.
