The Calgary Flames have signed netminder Jeff Glass to a Professional Tryout contract. This is now two years in a row that the Flames have signed a Glass to a PTO. But I’d really prefer to not think about Tanner Glass right now. That brings back bad memories that I’m trying to supress.
Last season, Glass suited up in 15 games for the Chicago Blackhawks, which were also the 32-year-old’s first 15 NHL games. He went 3-7-3 and posted a 0.898 sv%.
Glass made headlines around the NHL last season in his first NHL game, where he made his debut against the Edmonton Oilers on December 30th, 2017.
