“He’s got elite poise,” said Flames general manager Brad Treliving, who selected the offensive-minded defenceman in the third round of the 2016 NHL Draft. “The house could be in an earthquake and stuff is falling all around him, and he’s the guy that’s just sitting having a cup of coffee and glancing at the newspaper. That’s just him.”
The 19-year-old freshman and his Harvard Crimson teammates have an opportunity to make newspaper headlines of their own this week at the NCAA’s Frozen Four in Chicago.
