The Calgary Flames haven't made any major moves as free agency has started, but there have been some comings and goings this Friday afternoon.
The Flames are retaining forward Buddy Robinson according to reports. It's reported he's getting a one year, two-way deal worth $700,000. Robinson is known for being Johnny Gaudreau's boyhood friend and saw a little bit of time with the big club last season. The physical right winger played in five games with the Calgary Flames in 2019-20 and collected one goal and seven penalty minutes.
As for goings, the Flames are clearly in the market for another goaltender.
